A Little Also Helps
So many times, we think we are not good enough and not sure what we know might be important to the other person. But sometimes, even the very little information you can share helps. It could be what would give another person the confidence to also get started and you never can tell what it would end. For a lot of people, getting started is usually the hardest part and sharing a little information can help break that barrier.
Whatever it is that you do today, remember that a little can help the other person. A little more time with your partner would go a long way, a little more time on the phone with your parents can go a long way, and a little more time caring for the other person might be what would help them grow and become better. Remember those people we really care and cherish, sometimes it is the little things that they contribute to our lives that make all the difference.
So whatever you can offer today, go ahead and give it. You do not need to know how much of an impact it would have on the other person, but the most important thing you want to do is to at least try. So many of us are struggling with one thing or the other and usually what helps is the little unconscious advice we receive from friends and loved ones. Those are usually what counts and what matters in the long run. So whoever you are today, you have a talent you can share with the world, go ahead and share it.
Are you a programmer and wondering how you could help? Share your story of how you started. Are you a student and wondering how to start? Share your story of how you passed your exams. Whoever you are, you have something the world wants and you can help just one more person by giving a little. We usually imagine changing the world by doing really big things, but sometimes big things are overrated. The small things like a smile to the person next door, a hug to our loved ones, time speaking to people over the phone, being a little more patient with our kids, all of these are what makes the most impact.
And the thing with little things is that we all have it in us. It is not something that requires a lot of practice to get out. No matter how small, just give out with the intention of making the other person happy even if you do not see if from the beginning. It matters that we help because sometimes it is the little things that truly matter.
So as you start your day today, imagine doing a little more in any area of your life with the intention of making someone else’s life a little better than it was yesterday. If you do the little things long enough, they surely begin to become bigger and better and the world would be a better place because you did. You are on earth for a purpose and the little things can sometimes make that clearer. Go do something today. Thanks and God bless.
