Put God First And You Would Meet God First

So many uncertainties in life make us want to seek the path that we are most sure of. As such, we take the path least painful to get what we need or we simply take the path that gives the highest level of reward. But sometimes, we need to be comfortable in the uncertainty. But to be comfortable in the uncertainties of life is to have something greater than the uncertainties to depend on. And that is God. No matter what situation you find yourself, make God the reason why you do everything you do.

Sometimes, you do not see any clear reason why you should. But sometimes, dealing with God involves believing even there is no physical evidence to support what you want to do. Realize that whatever we do on Earth, there is God watching over us all and He alone can make things better than they are even if we do not understand. For God, you do not need to understand the plan, you simply have to believe.

And to enjoy that relationship with God, you have to give in 100% in your trust and your relationship. No one leg in and the other out. All legs are in. That is how you seek God. So whatever situation you might be facing or going through now, realize that only God can make the situation better. Even if the situation is better, only God can create the best situation. But believing in God goes beyond simply seeking without putting in the effort, believing in God is about putting all the effort you believe that you can, but also knowing that the final solution is from God.

So as you start your day today, seek God in everything that you do. It might be as simple as going to the gym or going to see your friends. Seek God to always be a part of your journey. Things might not be as you want them, but never stop seeking God. He is with us all. He never forsakes us so we should seek Him.

We might want to rely on our own powers but would it not be best to rely on the power of He who created us? So live life knowing that God is in control, do and be the best that you can be, but never give in. Keep going.
