Starting Again
We all wish we have achieved a lot of the things we have planned out. But sometimes, things go wayward, and we lose track of what used to be very important. Time flies, and we later see ourselves back at the beginning. Beginning of something we started but stopped along the way.
Maybe you wanted to be consistent with working out. You tried for a few weeks, and now you have stopped. You seem to think that you cannot just be a person who works out. That might be a consolation to make you stop, but stopping for a while does not mean we have to stop. If you try and it does not work out the first time, it might just mean you need a second time to try again.
Not achieving what we set out to accomplish the first time is no indication of what we can ever be. If you do not give up on the fantastic things you want, you would most likely get them one day. If you give up, however, indeed, you would never achieve them.
